Are Tillywear products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made to order through our production partner. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction and allows each item to be created specifically for your order.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes vary by product. Each product page includes the available sizes and a size guide to help you choose the best fit.
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and comparing the measurements with a similar item you already own.
For hoodies, measuring a similar hoodie flat from armpit to armpit is a useful way to compare the fit.
Will the colours look exactly like the pictures?
We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Can I change or cancel my order?
