After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. This does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

Your order will be accepted when we send you confirmation that the products have been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a reasonable reason to do so, including:

  • A product being unavailable
  • An obvious pricing or product description error
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
  • An inability to process payment
  • A delivery issue that prevents fulfilment

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

The total price payable will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Unless otherwise stated, standard UK delivery is included in the product price.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time. Any change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Payment must be received before an order is accepted and processed.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, customs processing or other unexpected events.
